Mike Kretz is a co-founder of Keystone Financial Group (KFG), a comprehensive wealth management firm located in Lexington, KY. He obtained his degree in Economics from Centre College and began his career working as a financial advisor for Edward Jones in 2001. He left Edward Jones in June of 2008 to start KFG with his two business partners. He holds his Securities Series 7, 63, and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. Mike also holds his Life and Health Insurance license for the state of Kentucky.
Mike enjoys assisting clients in developing a customized plan to work toward their goals and objectives. He helps individuals prepare for retirement by discussing and implementing wealth accumulation strategies and managing risk. Mike assists individuals during retirement with wealth distribution strategies and overall portfolio management. He also works with clients on estate planning, insurance needs, and education planning. He believes in a tactical, proactive investment management approach.
Mike lives in Lexington with his best friend and wife (Lindsey), daughter’s (Tatum and Sloane) and son (Henry). The Kretz family enjoys traveling, snow skiing, exercising and spending time with family and friends.
